No matter if you are a beginner or advanced, in a group or in your very own individual lesson – fun is on high priority. There is something for everyone:
Backfit, Hula Hoop, Belly-Leg-Hips
These classes focus on strengthening the muscles relevant to everyday life and toning the entire body. You will learn how to continue the exercises at home even after your vacation.
Come with me into the nature or on the mountain. I will gladly show you beautiful running routes, train with you on the green meadow, in the forest or offer you a personal training on one of our many mountains. Just as you like it.
You always wanted to try pole dancing or you don’t want to miss your favorite sport during your vacation? NOPI Fit offers you this acrobatic whole body training on the pole – either as a trial lesson to get to know it (without previous knowledge), as a group training or in the form of a personal training.
